Privacy & My Data
Under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you can request a copy of the data CloudClinic holds about you, or ask for it to be erased. CloudClinic applies its adopted operational retention policy, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations and legitimate holds may limit immediate deletion. Erasure requests are reviewed, so not everything can necessarily be deleted right away.
