Privacy & My Data
Under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you can request a copy of the data CloudClinic holds about you, or ask for it to be erased. Erasure requests are reviewed by clinic staff — your medical records are legally required to be kept for 15 years, so not everything can be deleted immediately.
